SEPHORiA Sweepstakes
No Purchase Necessary TO ENTER OR WIN.
ELIGIBILITY: Open Only to Legal Residents OF, AND RESIDING IN, THE fifty (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (excluding residents of rhode island), 18 years of age or older. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Sephora USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER:Between 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 30, 2024 through 11:59 p.m. PT on September 1, 2024 (“Entry Period”), to enter, login to your Instagram account, follow @sephora on Instagram if you do not do so already, find the sweepstakes post and tag a friend in the comments. Entries or comments generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Official Rules, your entry may be void. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor. If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Instagram terms apply. You can unfollow @sephora any time after the winner has been announced.
DRAWING: One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected on or about September 3, 2024 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified via direct message immediately following the drawing and required to respond within 24 hours of notification being sent. Potential winner must provide their email address to which an affidavit (or declaration) of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release will be sent and which must be executed and returned within three (3) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period specified or is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected after which the prize shall remain unawarded. Sponsor reserves the right to shorten the time periods in which potential winner must respond and/or return documents, in its sole discretion.
Prize And APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Session 3 of SEPHORiA, scheduled to take place in Atlanta, GA on September 28, 2024, plus two (2) Béis Medium Check-In Roller bags, two (2) Béis Convertible Weekender bags, and assorted product from the following brands: Kiehls, Laneige, Tatcha, Innisfree, InnBeauty, Glow Recipe, Nars, and Glossier. Prize package includes domestic round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport in the United States near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Atlanta, GA; two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one (1) room, double occupancy); and two (2) SEPHORiA VIP Passes. ARV: $4800. All travel arrangements will be made through Sponsor’s agent. Winner must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked immediately following the return of all winner verification documentation. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, baggage fees, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses, are the responsibility solely of winner. Guest must be ten (10) years of age or older as of the date of departure; if the guest is a minor, the Winner must be the parent and legal guardian of the guest. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary and at the same time . Guest (or, if guest is a minor, guest’s parent or legal guardian) must execute liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Sponsor is not responsible if event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize will be forfeited in its entirety, no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Winner and guest must abide by the Sephoria 2024 Event Terms and Conditions (which are available at https://sephoria2024-fonts.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/terms-and-conditions.pdf), all venue rules and regulations, and any other terms, conditions and restrictions established by Sponsor, and any failure to do may result in forfeiture of prize and/or expulsion from Sephoria. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Except where legally prohibited, by acceptance of a prize, each winner grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, user name, address (city and state), photograph (including, but not limited to, profile photo), voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice, review, approval or compensation.
General Conditions:Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Meta Platforms (dba Instagram), prize providers, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, comments, email, direct messages, posts or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), platform, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site/platform users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the platform. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or platform or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’ sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

Winners List:To receive the user name of the winner, send an email to Social.support@sephora.com by no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the sweepstakes.
