I had a student drawing my blood. He was kind and gentle. Only one stick and didnt feel it. Student was supervised by a nice young woman who identified both of them first thing. I waited maybe 5 minutes and there were 4 ahead of me when I checked in. Checking in was simple. I always choose component over any other place for my blood draws.

I was consulted as to where I would like my blood drawn and since I am considered a hard stick then I gave her advice where I have had it done successfully in the past. It was quick, efficient and almost painless. Very positive experience and very good lab technician.

The receptionist wasn't very friendly or helpful but the nurse who took my blood sample was AWESOME! Friendly and very expert, this was one of the few times I have had blood drawn and it didn't leave my arm looking black and blue.

Dr. Riley was amazing! She was right on time, listened to my concerns, and made me feel very comfortable. The secretary and nurse, Colleen, were also kind and helpful. The phlebotomist did a blood draw that was quick and painless. Awesome group!

The professional who drew my blood was outstanding! She was kind, gentle and this is honestly the beat draw I’ve ever received. Absolutely no pain and very quick. Please give her my thanks and my best. She is a true hero during these stressful times.

We were at Next Care to get a COVID test for our granddaughter. We did not go in the facility..doctor came out to our car.I made a reservation for 3:40. We got there at 3:25....called then waited on hold until 4:00 until we were officially checked in. At 4:05 the doctor and assistant came out to the car. They were great...helped Olivia feel comfortable(she’s 14) and waited with us until her blood pressure came down.

I will start off by saying I have used this urgent care a few times and have been extremely happy with the care we have received. However, this one is a different story. I made an appointment due to high fevers, body aches, and chest discomfort of 5 days. The sweet LPN who took care of me listened to my concerns. She decided to swab me for the flu. As she was taking my swab to get tested the APN opened the door to our room. She was speaking to the LPN she said “did you get a PCR on her, this is probably COVID, not the flu”. I had explained to the APN that I had just tested negative for COVID two days ago, that I really did not think that’s what this was. She got a rapid COVID test which was negative. She then said she would send it off for PCR and that it would probably be positive and that’s what we were dealing with. I asked her for a chest X-ray. She stated “your lungs sound fine”. She offered to draw blood work, I agreed. She sent us on our way telling us it was most likely COVID and that we would get the results tomorrow. My husband left from the urgent care and brought me to the ED where I am admitted for double pneumonia and having a sepsis work up. I’m glad I advocated for myself and didn’t settle for a COVID diagnosis. If I would of waited too much longer I’m scared about how much worse it would of gotten. I think it’s always wise to listen to your patients and not jump to one conclusion so fast ( and yes I have been fully vaccinated for COVID as well). But I am thankful for the sweet LPN who seemed as she was concerned!

I went to have some blood tests. There were 2 people. The first looked at my arms and could not find a vein and wanted to take the blood from my hands. I said no. The first person then said to the other person that she needed to take a look because the first couldn't find a vein. I felt she really didn't look. The 2nd person found one and with one stick, got the vials she needed. She was very good.

I had booked an appointment, but I went early to see if I could get in earlier. I did. I was very happy. The place is clean, chairs are situated to keep people at a distance, and the staff is very friendly and efficient . This is my go-to place when I need blood work.

Wonderful tech drew my blood. She was so friendly and professional. My. blood draw was absolutely pain free. I usually go to the Claypool Building location. However, Lincoln Park is my new go to.

The woman that did my blood test at the UH health center on Lorain Rd. In N Ridgevile was awesome. Might be the best blood draw I've ever had. No pain and now no bruising.

My veins often collapse which means several jabs to find blood. The phlebotomist was brilliant. Used a non standard needle which was much smaller which minimizes vein collapse. Got blood for all 5 bottles in first try. Totally painless. Very friendly too. Thank you.

The ladies at the front were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I’m always nervous when I know I’m going to get blood taken and I feel that it is important to have kind staff at the front to make people feel better. As I went to the back, I was in Faith’s care and she did a spectacular job. She provided me with water and let me lay in a position that I was comfortable for her to drawl my blood. She has a really positive and welcoming Ora to her that made me feel relaxed and comfortable while in her care. If I ever come back to this CompuNet Location, I would request Faith. She’s excellent at her job and with her patients. I would recommend her and this location to my family and friends as well. Peace, love and blessings to all!

This was my first experience at UH Amherst. I was very impressed with my care. Crissy drew my blood ~ was very caring, knowledgeable. My veins are tiny and try to hide I gave her an A++ and thanked her for her ability.

I really like having Compunet of Vandalia close to my home. I know there will be some wait time to have my blood drawn but I know that and okay with what is usually a short wait. The staff has always been friendly with me! They are very knowledgeable and easily answer my questions. The phlebotomists are experienced and professional.
